Your Local Baby Wearing Meet

Meets are held in various locations around Western Australia and are facilitated by volunteer Peer Educators and Community Leaders. To ensure meets are hygienic, each meet hosts two carrier libraries. One library is to be used for demonstrations and the second library is to be used as the lending library.

Due to the use of multiple libraries at a single meet, we ask that you familiarise yourself with the carriers that are available in our libraries by referring to the Featured section in our Chatter Group. There are videos provided to demonstrate the carriers as well as a list of available carriers at each location so that you may have an idea of what carrier you might like to borrow; this is a measure to reduce the number of hands touching the carriers. We respectfully request that you do not handle any carrier in any suitcase without the permission of a volunteer Peer Educator/Meet Leader.

Our 2024 Meets will be held on the following days:
- First Tuesday of the month (except for school holidays) at Woodvale Library, 9:30am - 11:30am
- Third Wednesday of the month (except for school holidays) at Riverton Library, 9:30am - 11:30am *our SOR Meets will be moving to the Fourth Thursday of the month from May 2024.

*Please note - meet days/times are subject to change due to Peer Educator availability, public holidays, and school holidays. Please RSVP to the relevant Facebook Event to keep up to date should meet details change.
